Registering on UE Portal takes under two minutes. Click the Register button at the top of any page, enter your mobile number, choose a strong password, and confirm your details. Once done, you can log in immediately and make your first deposit in PKR. Make sure you are at least 18 years old before registering — the platform is strictly for adults.

On the Login page, click the "Forgot Password?" link. You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP, set a new password, and you are back in. If you no longer have access to the registered number, reach out to our support team through the contact details provided on the FAQ page.

No — each person is allowed one account only. Duplicate accounts are against our Terms and Conditions and may result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited. If you have accidentally created more than one account, contact support right away to resolve it before it becomes a bigger problem.

Log in to your account and go to the Profile or Account Settings section. You can update your display name and some preferences directly. For changes to your registered mobile number or identity details, you will need to contact our support team for verification — this extra step is there to protect your account from unauthorised changes.

Accounts can be temporarily suspended for several reasons — multiple failed login attempts, suspicious activity detected on the account, or an identity verification step that has not been completed. In most cases, you will receive a notification with instructions. If you believe your account has been suspended in error, get in touch with support and our team will look into it promptly.

UE Portal supports a range of payment options that work well for players in Pakistan. You can deposit and withdraw using JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. Yes, minimum amounts apply to both deposits and withdrawals. The exact figures depend on the payment method you choose. Generally, mobile wallet deposits have a lower minimum than bank transfers. First, wait a few minutes and refresh your account balance — minor delays can happen during peak hours. If your balance still has not updated after fifteen minutes, check that your transaction was marked as successful in your JazzCash or Easypaisa app. If everything looks correct on your end, contact our support team with your transaction reference number and we will investigate right away.

UE Portal does not charge platform fees on standard deposits and withdrawals. However, your payment provider — such as your bank or mobile wallet — may apply their own service charges. These third-party fees are outside our control. We always recommend checking with your payment provider if you are unsure what fees may apply on their end.

New members are eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit in PKR. After registering and making your qualifying deposit, the bonus is credited to your account automatically in most cases. A wagering requirement tells you how many times you need to play through your bonus amount before you can withdraw the winnings as real cash. If a cricket match is abandoned, called off due to rain, or does not reach the minimum number of overs required for a result, most bets are voided and your stake is returned to your account balance in full.
