UE Portal Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and UE Portal ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any game on UE Portal, you are confirming that you accept these Terms without reservation.

These Terms apply to all activities on the platform — live casino, sports betting, fish games, promotions, deposits, withdrawals, and any other feature or service offered now or in the future. 4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits on UE Portal are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and card payments. Deposited funds are applied to your account balance and are available for use on all games and betting markets.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply depending on the payment method chosen. Current limits are displayed at the time of deposit.
• Deposits are generally credited instantly for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank.
• You must only deposit funds from payment methods that belong to you. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.

• Deposited funds that have been used to wager are not eligible for a direct refund.

5. Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed during platform operating hours. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfers.
• You may only withdraw to a payment method registered in your name.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section.
• Accounts must be verified before withdrawals above certain thresholds can be processed.
• Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements have been met.
• UE Portal does not deduct hidden fees from withdrawal amounts. The PKR amount you request is what is processed from the platform side.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

UE Portal offers various bonuses and promotions for both new and existing players. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal caps. • All bets placed are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be changed or cancelled after confirmation except in circumstances explicitly stated in the sports betting rules (such as match cancellation or abandonment).
• In the event of a technical error that affects a game or bet, UE Portal reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account.

• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards platform staff or other players.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

UE Portal reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following situations:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or multi-accounting.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Inactivity — accounts that remain dormant for an extended period may be subject to dormancy procedures as outlined in the account section of the platform.

When an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any balance associated with fraudulent activity or bonus abuse will be forfeited. Genuine remaining balances on accounts closed for other reasons will be returned subject to verification.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting support. Pending withdrawals will be processed to completion before closure is finalised.

11. Privacy & Data

12. Limitation of Liability
